About the Role

CNU Fit is hiring Personal Trainers to join our growing team across three Delaware locations. We are a professional personal training studio focused on helping clients move better, get stronger, and improve their quality of life through fitness.

This role is ideal for individuals considering personal training as a long-term career, as well as experienced trainers looking for stability, consistent clients, and growth opportunities.

• Coach clients in one-on-one and semi-private personal training sessions
• Deliver safe, effective programs focused on strength, mobility, and long-term health
• Build strong client relationships that drive consistency and results
• Follow established systems for programming, scheduling, and client care
• Work collaboratively within a professional, team-based environment

Requirements

Required:
• Passion for helping people improve their health and fitness
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and grow as a coach
• Ability to work on-site at one or more locations

Preferred (not required):
• Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or similar)
• Prior experience coaching clients in a gym or studio setting
