Client Care Specialist
Overview:
CNU Fit is on a mission to transform lives through fitness, accountability, and personalized care. As our Client Care Specialist, you'll be the welcoming force behind every client transformation—guiding them from sign-up to success. If you're passionate about fitness, obsessed with detail, and built to serve, this is your calling.
What You'll Do:
Onboard new clients within 72 hours of sign-up
Ensure 100% of clients stay on track in their first 100 days
Collaborate with coaches and therapists to guide clients through their journey
Manage CRM tasks and scheduling with 95%+ accuracy
Support training sessions with warmups, transitions, and logistics
Capture 5+ stretch and 5+ training photos/videos weekly
Generate weekly reports on client progress and milestones

What You’ll Need:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness settings
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort with tech (CRM systems like WellnessLiving/Coach Catalyst is a plus)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
A genuine passion for helping others succeed
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in fitness, therapy, or coaching environments
Photo/video capture and light editing skills
Familiarity with event or project coordination
