Overview:

CNU Fit is on a mission to transform lives through fitness, accountability, and personalized care. As our Client Care Specialist, you'll be the welcoming force behind every client transformation—guiding them from sign-up to success. If you're passionate about fitness, obsessed with detail, and built to serve, this is your calling.

What You'll Do:

• Onboard new clients within 72 hours of sign-up

• Ensure 100% of clients stay on track in their first 100 days

• Collaborate with coaches and therapists to guide clients through their journey

• Manage CRM tasks and scheduling with 95%+ accuracy

• Support training sessions with warmups, transitions, and logistics

• Capture 5+ stretch and 5+ training photos/videos weekly

• Generate weekly reports on client progress and milestones

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness settings

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfort with tech (CRM systems like WellnessLiving/Coach Catalyst is a plus)

• A genuine passion for helping others succeed
